I am a clinical psychologist based in Canberra ACT.  I work with individuals using a Jungian psychotherapy approach.

This therapy involves working creatively with people to tackle difficult issues in their lives that may be causing distress or making it hard to move forward positively with life.  This is a long term therapy involving a journey of personal exploration triggered by distress or emotional difficulties.  The therapy is also beneficial for those who may want to explore the direction of their lives or to seek greater meaning and personal fulfilment.

My psychology practice has been operating for about ten years and is based in the southside suburb of Manuka.    I work mostly with adults to deal with a range of personal, family, social and cultural issues including:

  • Depression and/or anxiety and mood disorders

  • Stress

  • Perinatal and post-natal difficulties

  • Parenting issues

  • Relationship difficulties

  • Grief and loss

  • Childhood trauma

  • Past or present major life changes

  • Post traumatic stress

  • Loss of meaning in life or yearning for life change

  • Gender identity and/or sexual orientation issues

  • Professional burn-out and/or work stress

  • Health crises including chronic illness and life threatening illness

I offer face-to-face sessions if you are local, or telehealth via Zoom or Facetime.    Medicare rebates are available (see Fees page).
